"Don’t listen to my words,
listen for a feeling."
Syd Banks
We all know the power of truly listening. When we deeply hear someone, we help them feel seen, understood, and connected.
But there is an even deeper level of listening—listening beyond words, into the space within, where true transformation begins. As Syd Banks said: "Don’t listen to my words, listen for a feeling."
That’s why this conference is called Listening for the Feeling.
It’s not just about becoming a better listener to others. It’s about listening to what lies beyond words—inside of you. It’s about listening to the silence, where the answers you’ve been searching for can finally reveal themselves. That feeling can be your most reliable guide.
When we learn to trust it, we realize that the answers are not "out there"—they have always been within us. It can lead us through life with ease, clarity, and deep wisdom.
When we learn to listen from this space, not only do our relationships and conversations improve, but our entire perception of life begins to shift. We start seeing life with fresh eyes—with greater ease and a deeper awareness of what truly matters.
"When we really listen,
the World changes."
Kateřina Fišerová

Format: Not Just Another Conference
A Transformative Experience with Real Listening
This is not an ordinary conference. The format is designed to offer a deeper, more experiential journey into the art of listening and understanding. Over the course of three days, you will explore nine unique sessions, each carefully structured to combine insight, exploration, and personal experience.
Each session begins with a 25-minute talk introducing the theme.
Then, the space opens for 40 minutes of group exploration, guided by an experienced facilitator. You can actively participate in the discussion or simply listen and reflect.
Finally, every session concludes with 25 minutes for questions, allowing for deeper insights to emerge.
Beyond just absorbing knowledge, this experience is about feeling, discovering, and realizing something for yourself. Join us for a conference where learning is not just about listening to words but about experiencing what lies beyond them.
1. of May (Thursday)
12:00 - 13:00 Doors & Registration Open
13:00 - 13:20 Kateřina Fišerová: Welcome & Opening Talk
13:20 - 14:50 Michael Neill: Listening for the feeling
What does it truly mean to listen? And what do we really mean by “feeling”?
Deep listening isn’t about hearing more – it’s about thinking less.
This session is for anyone who wants to experience the power of silence – a space that opens the door to insight and natural wisdom. Michael Neill shows that the answers we’re looking for don’t come from the outside, but from within – in the quiet moments, when we allow the feeling to speak.
14:50 - 15:20 Break
15:20 - 16:50 Lynne Robertson: Knowledge comes from the feeling
How can deeply listening to our feeling help us navigate everyday problems? Even technical challenges? The wisdom of the ages—the very insight humanity has long searched for in books—is always held within a feeling. Once we understand where our experience truly comes from, we begin to uncover lightness, calm, and a natural ability to find answers without unnecessary effort.
16:50 - 17:20 Break
17:20 - 18:50 Linda and George Pransky: Listening Beyond Words: Where Connection Begins
What does it really mean to listen beyond words? And why should we do it? Relationship challenges are not a sign of failure—neither yours nor your partner’s. They are an invitation to a new level of understanding. This session is for all couples who are curious about how to experience more closeness and joy in simply being together.
The principles Linda and George will share apply to all kinds of relationships—romantic, professional, and even the one we have with our children.
18:50 - 19:10 Kateřina Fišerová: Wrap-Up & Closing Talk
2. of May (Friday)
8:30 - 9:30 Doors Open - Networking
9:30 - 9:50 Kateřina Fišerová & Guest: Welcome Talk – Day 2
9:50 - 11:20 Stef Cybichowski: Hope Doesn’t Wait for the Good Feelings
When we feel low, it can seem like we’re lost. Like everything is wrong. Nothing helps. We feel like a hopeless case. No one understands us. We struggle with anxiety, depression, panic... In those moments, the last thing we want is to listen to these overwhelming feelings. We just want to get away from them as fast as possible.
But what if listening to the feeling—combined with an understanding of the Three Principles and how the human mind really works—means something entirely different than we ever thought? Maybe even in the places we most want to run from, there is silence. A beginning of calm. And the birth of real hope and possibility in the moment.
11:20 - 11:50 Break
11:50 - 13:20 Jenny Gaitelband & Masha Liashenko: Calm in the Midst of the Storm
Natural disasters, economic crises, war, the loss of a loved one – and even things like divorce or losing a job. These are the kinds of events that can shake us to the core and disrupt our inner peace and sense of wellbeing. But imagine the relief that comes when you realize that deep calm and psychological resilience are not dependent on your circumstances – that they are always with you, no matter what is happening around you.
13:20 - 14:50 Lunch Break – Free Time & Networking
14:50 - 16:20 Marina Galan: Radical commitment to inner peace
What happens in your life when you make a radical commitment to your inner peace? There are a handful of obvious answers, but there are many, many that might surprise you. Last year I ran this experiment for a few months and I discovered a lot of unexpected implications that have helped me deepen my understanding of how human beings work, how easily we get in our way, and how our lives can transform when choose to deliberately remain peaceful, no matter what comes our way.
16:20 - 16:50 Break
16:50 - 17:30 Brian Smyers, Sara Joy ONeill, Kateřina Fišerová, Karolína Kofroňová: The Listening World - listening for ignite Human Spirit
When we truly listen, the world changes. The vision of The Listening World is to awaken the human spirit and a zest for life — through deep listening to ourselves and to one another. What lies ahead? And what role do you want to play in it?
3. of May (Saturday)
8:30 - 9:30 Doors Open - Networking
9:30 - 9:50 Kateřina Fišerová & Guest: Welcome Talk – Day 3
9:50 - 11:20 Fenella Blakaj & Martin Jotov: Being an Adult in the World of Children
A session for parents, teachers, siblings – for anyone who finds themselves in the world of children and wants to be a supportive guide. For those who wish to be a positive influence, encourage a child’s natural development, and avoid doing harm along the way.
Fenella and Martin will show us how to respond to children in a way that they understand, feel safe, and grow naturally under our influence – while we remain grounded in our own adult presence.
With lightness, clarity, and deep respect for both worlds.
11:20 - 11:50 Break + Raffle Time
11:50 - 13:20 Claire Shutes & Marina Galan: Wisdom of the Body
One of the truths that the understanding of the Three Principles points us to is the fact that we are wisdom embodied, that the universal intelligence is always operating in us and is, ultimately, inescapable in our day to day lives. But beyond what we understand as thought and consciousness, what does this mean in terms of experience in our bodies? How can physical sensations help us gain insight into our inner state influences, our surroundings, our overall health and wellbeing? Join us as we delve into this transformative exploration of our beautiful, miraculous, often mysterious physical experience and the infinite ways in which wisdom is expressed through it.
13:20 - 14:50 Lunch Break – Free Time & Networking
14:50 - 16:20 Aaron Turner: A Simple Premise: A Thousand Problems, One Solution
Relationships, money, peace of mind, work, burnout, parenting, the meaning of life… So many different areas, so many worries and challenges that seem complex and completely unrelated. And yet – what if all these problems have the same source?
What if there’s one single understanding that can transform the way we see all of them? What if you didn’t need to fix each issue separately? What if seeing just one thing beneath the surface could allow everything else to begin shifting – naturally? The final session – one that will equip you for life, once and for all.
16:20 - 17:00 Closing Gratitude & Farewell
Those Who Will Guide Us into a Deeper Understanding
Those who have accepted our invitation care deeply about what you will hear, feel, and take away from this event. They are not just speakers – they are coaches, psychologists, mentors, teachers and visionary leaders. Many of them have dedicated their lives to sharing the understanding of the Three Principles, the inside-out nature of life, and the art of deep listening. Each of them carries a unique voice, yet they all point toward the same truth: true understanding does not come from analyzing words, but from sensing what lies within.
