As part of the ticketing process and organization of The Listening World Summit, we require some of your personal data in order to supply you with tickets, provide access to the event, communicate with you, and ensure the overall delivery of the Summit.
This document provides information on how we process your personal data in accordance with GDPR.

We are the organizer of The Listening World Summit.
The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as there is no legal obligation to do so.

6. WHERE DO WE OBTAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA FROM?
We obtain your personal data:
Directly from you, when you:
purchase a ticket,
register for free access to the livestream,
communicate with us,
fill out a form on our website,
participate in an online session.
From third parties, such as:
FAPI – ticket sales and invoicing,
MioWeb / Web s úsměvem – website and forms,
SmartEmailing – email and newsletter delivery,
Affiliate partners – if you register through their links.
We process third-party data only in accordance with GDPR.
7. HOW DO WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA WHEN YOU PURCHASE A TICKET?
Purpose: processing your ticket purchase and enabling your participation
Scope: identification, contact, address and payment data
Legal basis: performance of a contract
Retention period: duration of the contract + 3 years (basic accounting data 10 years)
Purpose: sending offers of similar services
Scope: identification and contact data, purchase history
Legal basis: legitimate interest (customer exception)
Retention period: contract duration + 3 years
Purpose: sending newsletters or promotional offers
Scope: identification and contact data
Legal basis: consent
Retention period: until withdrawal of consent
8. HOW DO WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA WHEN YOU REGISTER FOR FREE ACCESS?
Purpose: providing access to the livestream and sending related information
Scope: identification and contact data
Legal basis: consent
Retention period: until withdrawal of consent
9. RECORDING, PHOTOGRAPHY AND STREAMING DURING THE EVENT
The Listening World Summit is:
recorded (video),
photographed,
livestreamed,
and selected parts may be shared publicly for informational or promotional purposes.
Your image, voice or name may appear if you:
attend the event in person,
enter areas where recording takes place,
participate online via livestream,
speak during Q&A sessions,
appear in audience shots or group photos.
Scope of processing: image, voice, name (if spoken or visible), online identifiers
Purpose: documentation, livestream delivery, promotion of future events
Legal basis: legitimate interest of the organizer
If you prefer not to be prominently captured, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate (e.g., seating arrangements, camera settings, anonymisation).
10. FOR HOW LONG DO WE STORE PERSONAL DATA?
We store personal data only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes described above.
Specific retention periods are listed with each purpose.
11. TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL DATA?
We may disclose personal data only:

to contracted processors who assist us in providing our services.
