Never Broken: Nothing Lacking, One Cause: One Cure, Stories of Hope

"All human psyches are rooted in universal truth and no person's psyche is better than any others. Only to the degree of the individual's psychological and spiritual understanding does it appear to vary."

"Everyone in this world shares the same innate source of wisdom, but it is hidden by the tangle of our own misguided thoughts."

The Missing Link 1998 Sydney Banks

Over the last 40 plus years, I have frequently witnessed remarkable healing and the realization of health and wholeness in people who had been told and had come to believe they were permanently broken or lacking. I will tell a sampling of these stories which clearly contradict the

assumptions/beliefs of the prevailing paradigm. I will do so from a heartfelt place of seeing the innocence of those assumptions/beliefs but also the lack of understanding at their root.

Without an Understanding of Divine/Universal Thought (factor U) as the bridge between the formless and the formed, we are prone to the innocence misuse of this powerful gift given to us to facilitate our navigating this spiritual theater called life.

Diagnoses and labels are an attempt to describe Where we are in this understanding NOT Who we are as human beings.

I will discuss recent well researched articles that point to:

a) The fluidity of changing diagnoses over time – i.e., where we are.

b) There is one causative factor at the source of all mental illness – (designated by the authors, Drs Caspi and Moffit, as factor ‘p’).

c) The article cited in (b) inspired 22 months of effort in writing resulting in 2021 a published article authored by Drs Thomas Kelley, Jack Prensky, Judith Sedgeman and myself which points to the One Cure being factor U, sufficient understanding of the spiritual Truth pointed to by the metaphor of the Three Universal Principles of Mind, Consciousness, Thought, as uncovered and shared by Sydney Banks.

Leading from Happiness

What is the simplest way to enhance your leadership effectiveness, inspire organizational success and help your teams thrive, innovate, and achieve their fullest potential? As counterintuitive as it may sound it is prioritizing your own happiness. The only place where you can find the happiness is within yourself. It has always been there and you experience it anytime when you stop covering it by your unproductive thinking.

All Children are Diamonds

How to understand and better accept differences in behaviour between pupils? Are we really so different? And in what way? The educator is a carrier of knowledge, an inspirer and a partner in education. He or she is the heart of the school, a natural support and a caring educator. He is the one who is a role model for the children and brings joy and enthusiasm to the school where children love to go.

Listening to Closest People in Ordinary Life

Do you find it hard to listen to the people you love who are behaving badly?
Do you get triggered easily when you are in a conversation with a family member or a colleague at work?
Do you get frustrated listening to the same old stories from your partner again and again, and you mentally check out...?
Do you finish people's sentences for them because you are so impatient to speak?

If you said YES to any of the above questions. You are not alone!
These are habits of listening that we've developed that we are simply not aware of in our conversations with others.

Does it matter?
Well... Yes, if you want yourself and others to experience more flow, fun, creativity, clarity, love and deep connection.

Join this exploratory and practical workshop so you can have deeper relationships with the closest people in your life, and listen so your conversation changes lives.

Organic Leadership

You may have already learned different ways to organize your time and live in balance. How to be productive. How to make good decisions. How to be a person who lives their life in alignment with what they want. Yet sometimes you may find yourself in situations where you can't decide what is right. Or maybe you know what's right, but you don't have the courage to act on it. The theme of this seminar will be recognizing what to decide by so that you can be the leader of your own life and live it in such a way that you won't want anything better.

Twice the results, half the effort

In this workshop, we explore the concept of "flow" as a critical leverage point for achieving outstanding results. Flow, characterized by being fully immersed in the present moment and deeply focused on the task at hand, unlocks our creative potential and problem-solving abilities. Participants will learn how to recognize and manage distractions, judgments, and insecure thoughts, shifting their focus to more productive mental states. We will experience the significance of tuning into a deeper, intuitive voice and understand how our internal state of mind influences our performance. Additionally, we will identify personal obstacles that hinder our progress and develop actionable plans to overcome them, ultimately enhancing focus and effectiveness

The Power Of Listening To Understand

Join Claire Shutes who has trained coaches in the art of listening as faculty for both Michael Neill and Dr Aaron Turner.  This workshop will be interactive, facilitating an embodied experience of the power of listening to understand.  People often don’t hear what is being said because they are preoccupied with their own thinking or agenda. Listening to understand is listening with nothing on your mind. The only intention is to take in what is being communicated. Listening in this way naturally creates connection and rapport. It also generates space for reflection during which fresh Ideas and solutions emerge. Claire’s clients often refer to it as a superpower.
